Everyone can see “Everyone Needs a Fife” tonight at Stephano’s Fine Art’s reception for its “North/South Show” from 5:30 to 9 p.m. (“Happy Hour in the Heights”). Along with Stephano’s portrait of Barney will be work by Matt Gore and Jim Jolly (representing the Southern contingent) and Yanks Mary Anne Erickson, Alexis Silk and G. Peebles. Stephano’s is at 5501 Kavanaugh Blvd.
